Regarding Scale Expressions in After Effects
Hi I am very new to this forum and after effects as well,
Could anyone please explain how could i write an expression that could do https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56K06IL6-NE. how can i automatically scale a rectangle based on its value and change the y-axis at the same time based on its rank.

This would be very inefficient to do with expressions, as expressions are evaluated every single frame.
You should look into data-driven graphics for this instead. Then you can sort the results in excel (or whatever the source of the data is) and include the color of the bar in the spreadsheet (source doc), and use a data-driven template to generate the image.

Thank you for the Info , Where could i find such template and how can i convert it into a video with displaying data that changes based on the data .
