Refreshing Audio/Video

In sequence viewer it is the third tab over and you should have “Image” selected. Sometimes I accidentally hit a key combination that makes that one Wireframe and I have the issue you were having.

Sequence Viewer ? You mean Canvas no ? Mine is Image + Wireframe.
