I am creating a 180 degree turn of a female dancer with 10 keyframe positions and am using RE:Flex Morph to animate. At each keyframe the image jolts. Is there any way to create a smoother movement?
Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

So you have have masks positioned in time at each of the places where you have “Picture key?” set to to “ON”. correct?

Well, I’m presuming that you have linear interpolation set for the keys (in the timline) of those masks, and so each each place where you change keys, the splines have a discontinuity in time because of the linear interpolation.

Okay, that’s a lot of math and geekiness. Just change the TEMPORAL keyframe interpolation type on all your mask keyframes in the AE timeline to be bezier (or continuous bezier or auto bezier), and you should get a nicer result. You might also play with auto ease in and out… see the AE manual for how to control the animation interpolation types for keyframes..
