Reflection issue
Hi all.
Not sure if this is a question better suited for the AE or Motion forums, but I’m wondering if there is a “non-bang-my-head-against-the-wall” way of dealing with the reflection of the boom mic in the windshield of an auto.
Although the car isn’t moving, the camera is (of course) and I still need to see the action between the two main characters inside the vehicle.

Yup, time to hire an effects artist.
I just do happen to be one… :]
But no actually – I can’t see any way to easily do that. You will definitely have to endure some banging your head against the wall. It’s hard to say though without actually seeing the frame or frames in question. You’ll also need to do some motion tracking in the comp since you say the camera is moving. It’s possible… but not easy.
