Reducing the size of corporate logo’s.
Im doing some work at the moment which involves reducing the size of several corporate logos.
Basically the logos I have are mostly very large sizes and high quality.
The problem im having and im pretty sure I cant do much about this is that I have to reduce these logos to 77 pixels by 23 pixels. A colleague of mine is saying that once they are resized that they don’t look very sharp but I cant really see how reducing them by such an extreme and keeping the quality is even possible.
I have been reducing the image size and using bucubic sharper which im told is the best way of doing this and saving them as png24 files.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Much appreciated.
