I just watched the tutorial video featuring the Damaged TV filter and wanted to give it a try. But I get this error message:

    Filter Disabled
Please Click Options For OpenGl Preference

Clicking OPTIONS in the CONTROLS window doesn’t do anything. I have the OpenGL set to ON, MAX TEXTURE CACHING. I tried selecting the other OpenGL options but the filter remains disabled.

    Here’s the list of my OpenGL filters for RED 5.1.4.583 (32bit) & Media100 Suite2.1:

3D Extruded Image Shatter – works
    Damaged TV – disabled
    Glare – disabled
    Glint – disabled
    Glitter – disabled
    LED – disabled
    Lens Flare – disabled
    Lens Flare ADV – disabled
    Lightning – disabled
    Particle Array 3D – disabled
    Pin Art – disabled
    Prism – disabled
    Scanline – disabled
    Tile Mosaic – disabled

How do I turn these OpenGL filters on?

    Hello Jaeson,

Try applying a filter such as Artist’s Poster and selecting the option button in its effect controls. This should pop up a window allowing you to enable the OpenGL. Then try the Damaged TV filter again.

    Thank You

    Thanks.

No if there were only an un-damage tv filter to fix old TV videos that exhibit this level of damage :^)
