Red – on video tracks and + on audio tracks of clips that have had there speed changed
Sorry it’s probably a silly question, but what do all these red markers mean? It happens when I move the clip over a colour matt in order to remove all the gaps, thanks

It is an out of sync warning. If you unlink video from the audio and move either one separately this warning tells you that the audio and video of the clip are out of sync.

Thanks, that’s one guess I did have. However the video and audio has not been unlinked and it isn’t out of sync. The error message has just disappeared as i’ve continued working on it. It is strange
