    Hey everyone,

We’ve been working on a documentary that is about 20mins in length and has a mixed format timeline including H.264, Prores HQ at 1080 and 4K, and .MTS files. The problem that we’re running into is that when we render the timeline or export the timeline, we encounter frames that are just solid red. If we look at the footage in finder there are no red frames. That and after exporting the red frames aren’t even in the same place. Does anyone know anything about this problem?

    Thanks,

    Aaron

As a workaround, you might try deleting the media cache files before exporting.

The After Effects CC (12.2) update fixes this problem.

I’ll leave it to Peter to confirm for Premiere Pro, but I believe that the recent Premiere Pro CC (7.2) update addresses this, too.

Let us know how it works for you after you’ve installed the updates.

    Hi Stephen,

Are you seeing a similar issue? Can you tell us which version of Premiere Pro you are using and what format you files are?

    Thanks,
