  red frame and fst motion on capture

  Been using CS4 for about a week now, with no problems.
  But today when ingesting from a HV30 I got a red frame at the beginning and end of a couple of clips and they played back at fast speed.

  I could slow them down fine and no problems with editing them.. but what gives?
