Does vegas have a tool to get red eye out of a photo montage? I have Excalibur also.

Your BEST bet is to use a photo editor. Photo editors are really designed to manipulate photos doing things such as removing red-eye. While it could conceivably be done in Vegas, I believe in using the best tool for the job. In this case, that would be your photo program (and would not increase your render time either).
