Red 4.2 and Media100 V12.0.2 Issue?
I’m having an issue that I haven’t seen before. I have a graphics clip in the timeline with static vector text. When I play back in the M100 timeline, the video layer on A or B does not roll. As the graphic fades in, the video freezes until the graphic plays out. Typically I see this with a Red clip that has some movement and needs rendering. Is this a bug, or am I missing a setting?

If you post the exact steps that you take to reproduce the problem then we can see if it is something that we can reproduce here or if there is something that you can do to avoid the issue.

I think we have figured out something on the Media100 forum. Apparently it has something to do with the fact that I copied the Red clip from an older Media100 timeline. When I create a new clip with the same settings, it works correctly.
