I’ve just activated the trial version on a HP XW8000 with 2GB ram. In opening the filter manager and simply clicking Done I generated a BSOD with a “page fault in non paged area” error. I had this happen last week as well, so I’m thinking it’s not directly related to RED. Just thought I’d throw it out there.

    Hello,

All I can offer in terms of a response is that we have not heard of any reports regarding the issue that you describe and cannot reproduce the issue in house so I would be inclined to think that this problem is independent of RED.

    Cheers,

    Peter.
