recreating this look in Particular V2
Okay,
I have been trying to recreate the look and feel of these particles:

And I cannot get mine to feel as organic as these. This is an absolutely beautiful piece, and I’m curious as to what settings for the particles, aux system, turbulence, etc. would be necessary to create this look and feel.

I’m guessing that it’s more than one layer of effects and they used other effects, not just Particular. Things like vector blur can really add to a liquid/smoky feel.
It has been addressed before, you might try searching the forums. Or using the Adobe Community Search, which is awesome. I found a thread on VideoCopilot.net dedictated to recreating/reverse engineering the effect here (it includes project files).
