Recreating the Media
So, my regular workflow is linking via AMA, cutting the sequence and transcoding. Eventually, the Avid media gets deleted when space constraints hit the wall.
Still have original camera media and project files.Is there a way to recreate that Avid media, to resurrect the project sequences?
I know there must be, but this has never come up previously.Thanks in advance for advice!

If you still have the ama clips, plug in the drive and (hopefully) they should come back online.
If not you need to re-ama everything first.
Then re-transcode everything.
Then relink your sequence to the newly created clips.Glenn
