Recreating the I.R.T deadliest roads titles
Hi
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to recreate the same effect that is applied to the titles on I.R.T deadliest roads? I was thinking it might be possible using shatter and a texture but would be interested to hear what others thing.

You could get close with Shatter and a texture, or a series of stacked 3D layers, but to get the best results, you’d want to use a full 3D application.
