  Recreating a particular look in After Effects and/or C4d

  Hello everyone,

  So I’ve been attempting to recreate a look like this persons work https://www.fotolia.com/p/335328

  At first I thought some of this was probably done in After Effects with Trapcode Form but after a good bit of experimenting I wasn’t able to reproduce some of the techniques I wanted to so I’m curious if you guys have any ideas. Do you think these images were even made in After Effects?

  In particular I’m interested in recreating this very clean, sharp look, with the curves that have all these squares and grids mapped onto them that are wrapping and warping with the curvature. I mostly use After Effects and C4D so if any of you have thoughts on how this might be approached I’d love to hear!
