    Recreate moving lines and dots effect

    Hi to all the forum I am a new user
    I need to recreate an effect similar to the one I attach in the video
    a) lines and dots that move in a pseudo 3d
    b) particle animation
    Are there any plug-ins to recreate these 2 effects in Apple Motion or in Final Cut Pro X?
