We have a problem. We made a mistake formatting an hard disk containing footage. The data lost were several “CONTENTS” folders coming from P2, recorded with Panasonic AG-HVX200 videocameras, in DVCPROHD. The hard disk is actually used in Mac OS system. How can we recover the lost data?

Have you written anything to that drive since you reformatted it?

Then you can either send it in to a professional service that will recover your lost data (very expensive) or you can try cheaper software alternatives.

    There’s no guarantees.

Sorry man, I just don’t know. I am sure it will be a tough process, if it is possible.
