Recovering Sony XDCAM .MP4 converting to .MOV
I recently had to recover deleted files from my Sony XDCAM using Disk Drill software but now I am unable to open, play or convert the files into a .mov. I tried all my tricks, mpeg stream clip, fcp, AE..
Anyone have any other suggestions?

Don’t know for sure, with this problem but for me sometimes when I can’t convert in fcp or mpeg streamclip, sony vegas does the trick. (sometimes). Worth a shot.
