Recovering a template for a Block Transition
I have been looking to create a digital transition, similar to the one being requested in this post:

User “Andra” supplied a solution. Unfortunately the Template AE file is in an old version of After Effects.

Basically, I’ve used an adjustment layer set to Hard Light with a moving ramp. Placed that over the layer with the fractal noise. To finish things of, I added an adjustment layer with a threshold on it, to have the blocks switch on instead of fading in.Wiping fractals 1 is something I made because I hadn’t read your post properly the first time. I left it in ’cause I think it makes for an interesting effect none the less.”
Is anyone able to recover this project and can update it for CC or CS6? Alternatively is anyone able to figure out a similar solve to this?

When I attempt to open it it says that it is “6.5 (Macintosh PPC)”
