  recording voice over?

  Hi

  I have a problem with the audio.

  When I record voice over although I allocate the a2 source to a specific track (i.e A6) fcp creates a new track and lays the voiceover onto it. (i.e A7)

  Anyone knows whats causing this and how I can record the voiceover on a specified track.
