  Recording report generator or xls

  Hi guys

  I start to send my work to TV stations and i must to add recording reports to digibeta tapes. And i’m looking online tool or ready xls file to make it. I know that i can make it myself , i try to do it but it looks harrible. I’m loooking for something look nice 😉 Maybe someone has ready xls file to fill or maybe another tool ? I saw some metrics from another companies and it looks VERY nice. Anybody help ? Have a nice sunday 🙂 Paul
