Recording
Posted by Brad Williams on May 7, 2011 at 1:34 amDoes anyone know if it is possible to record from the Panasonic HPX300 to a Firestore FS-4 Pro Hd recorder? I am sure it would be better to record to the P2 card.

May 7, 2011 at 3:21 pmSure. FW port out to the FS recorder.
It is MUCH better (reliable) to use P2 Cards instead.
That has been our experience as well as others I have read here.

It will record DV for you not HD.
The FS-100 is for Panasonic DVCProHD cameras
