    Record Head Problem? Help!

    Hey!

    I’m having a problem w/ my XL1 and I think it’s the record head. What happens is that every moving subject and camera movement leads to a lot of artifacting. The audio is sporatically there, but approx 10 seconds off sync.

    Any help or input would be great. And if anyone knows where I can find a Canon shop to fix this near Chicago that would be great info too.

    Have you used a cleaning tape in your XL1? What quality of tape are you using to record?
