reconnecting media problems
Hi list, I have been experience some problems recently not being able to reconnect media. The problematic media are ref movies that I made to fix sync issues. The error I’m getting is that the attributes don’t match and the iten specifically that differs is -reel. -reel isn’t mentioned in any of my media so I wonder would it be hidden somewhere in the metadat that I’m unaware of. If anyone has any ideas I’d live to hear them. I’ve used ref movies for a long time and never had any issues but I guess the best way to aviod this is to use self contained movies going forward.

you will always get the “reel’ warning if the media has no reel#.
your ref movies would most likely not have one, unless you added one yourself after the export.
the “reel ” warning is the least worrisome of the reconnect issues,
so you are safe to ignore that warning, and “Continue”cheers,
