I have a bunch of OFFLINE clips in my timeline. If I had the media for these clips already digitized on another drive, but in one file (say I had previously digitized the entire tape), is it possible for me to reconnect these offline clips to the one large source file? Will the timecode still match up as long as reel numbers are the same?

    Thanks for the help.

I don’t believe so. You would somehow need the timecode of all the individual files embedded in the one file which isn’t possible.

I’ll back Borjis up…you cannot reconnect several smaller clips to one LARGE clip of digitized media. The clips need to have the same name, TC start and stop in order to reconnect.
