Reconnecting lost media
Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could help.
I have a premier pro project recovered along with ALL the files used in the edit prior to a hard drive failure.
When I open the project Premier pro asks me to find each and every file (which I have saved) I sat there for nearly an hour recollecting each file before giving up – is there a faster way of reconnecting all the files in on go or batches?

Select all the items in the bin then, under the project menu select “Link media” and once it finds one it will try to find the rest based on the original relative paths and is generally quite good if the organization of the clips stayed the same.
You can select as many clips as you want at once, or all of them.
