  Reconnecting different format?

  Hello all

  This is my first post to the cow so hopefully I get it right.

  I’m working with an NTSC DV timeline that I have accidentally incorporated a few clips of DVCPRO HD. Sounds dumb I know!

  I converted the HD to DV in compressor but some how the HD file found it’s way into my timeline. Must have imported the wrong file. Irritating!

  Now I’m trying to reconnect the clips to the DV file and it comes up with an error because the format of the clips in the timeline and the format of the file do not match.

  I have tried to change the format of the clips in the format window but FCP won’t let me.

  Any other idea’s besides manually swapping each clip?
