Reconnect FCP render files
Has anyone had any success reconnecting a FCP project with its render files. I am able to reconnect media, and it appears that all the render files reconnect but when the reconnect media windows closes and my sequence opens all my render files are gone. The workflow I am experimenting with is I have a project that lives on my G5 and Xserve Raid. At the end of each day I use a sync software (You Synchronzie), to match all the media on my raid and g5 to a powerbook and a g-raid. Upon looking at the contents of each drive and computer they are identical. When the project opens on the powerbook the render files do not connect even though reconnect media see them.
Any suggestions would help, I really want to get this to work.
Maybe it is some wierd cache or absolute path thing?
