  recompressing clips with media manager

  I’m trying to down convert clips that are 720p 16:9 to uncompressed 8 bit NTSC standard def using the media manager. I end up with standard def clips that are stretched andI don’t see a “cop” option when using media manager. Can anybody tell me how this conversion be done properly? Thanks!
