recompress all frames when do you?
When exporting a movie form fcp when should you use the recompress all frames check box?
I’m just trying to work out what and when to use some of the options. I had assumed that I was meant to check it when exporting to a different format however when checking the box it makes the export look crap.

I’d say never…but that is only because I haven’t used that feature, and fail to see why you would want to. Some engineer thought it would be useful for some reason?
