Recommended Preferences For Premiere Pro CC 2015
Just upgraded from CS6 version to CC 2015 resulting in incredible slowing of workflow on same project clip. For example, clicking on play for clip on timeline takes 10-15 seconds to respond in CC versus instant in CS6.
Looking for settings(preference) recommendations to correct. Installed on windows 10 pc, 30 Gb DDR3 memory, EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2048 MB GDDR5 PCI graphic card, WD 7200 RPM 1TB hard drive, Samsung SSD 830 drive. Scratch Disks set to Lacie 5TB external drive.
Is it a hardware problem or settings problem?

Hi Greg,
I would always start with a clean install if just installed CC over the old install. The fact that it worked fine in CS6 pretty much takes the hardware out of the picture.
