  • Recommendation for PC based DVD authorizing software

    Hello all,

It’s been a while since I posted on the cow. I’m doing a major software upgrade here at work and I’m looking for a SOLID, PROVEN, DVD authorizing software setup on a PC platform. Something that will integrate well with using AVID Adrenaline, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Cleaner XL.

I currently have Adobe Encore that was sold as part of the software bundle from about 2 years ago or so. With it being version 1.0 or so, I frequently encountered problems making projects more stressful than they needed to be. I’m aware that Adobe is coming out with a new version of Encore, but I would like to try something else that is proven.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of choices. My favorite is DVDLabPro, which offers all of the functionality of the old standardbearer Maestro with a graphical navigation window similar to Scenarist. An amazingly powerful yet friendly authoring program.
