Recent PP Versions
Any thoughts/recommendations on the most stable recent revisions of PP
I am running Mac oS Catalina on iMac. Had to upgrade to Catalina when
Creative Cloud just plain stopped working. -

Version 23.6 of Adobe Premiere Pro is the latest stable release from August 2023 and it should be compatible with your MAC OS Catalina 10.15 and later. Hope it helps and best of luck.

With sufficient RAM, cache and RTX 30xx up cards with more RAM, Premiere Pro is quite stable these days. The chances of crash becomes less than 0.01 percent.
My observation is that, Ppro crashes when –1. Very large images (6-8K) are on the timeline and have keyframe or effects.
2. Dated video codecs
3. Mixed codecs
4. Uncleaned cache
5. Untested plugins on different dimension nests
