  Recapture to have audio

  I have captured several video clips without their corresponding audio. Now, I would like to go back and get the audio associated with the video.
  When I try the batch capture feature, the Avid Capture tool kicks in but never gives me the chance to select the audio tracks.
  Is there some easy solution or do I just start over?
