    Hi guys!

I’m having a problem (again) with the AE Camera. I know that this may be simples if a use a Null Object for guiding it, but i would know a oppinion of all of you about…maybe there is a different way to make this movent smooth and fluid.

And, of course, any contribuition for this work will be welcome.

Take a look at the value graph for the camera’s position and rotation, and look for the jump. Smooth it out using the graph as a guide.

You might want to separate the position into 3 axes to better root out the jerk in the motion. CS3 has a script for this and CS4 has a command for this, but if you’re using an older version, you might have to tie each axis of the camera to a separate null.

Yeah, i forgot this, in cs4 we can treat the axis individually…

I could show who is the boss animating the camera without a point of interest, but would be a lot easier with the 3 axis keyframes, like combustion for example…

Animating with the null caused a little jerky motion too, even with tweaking, but now i made it…

Thanks a lot by the tip!

Yeah, the graphs really make the discontinuities stand out. Glad you fixed it!
