realtime WMV9 encoders
I realize this may not be the proper forum, but as a Vegas user, I thought I’d start here.
I operate a City Government channel and AT&T U-Verse is offing us carriage. They expect a WMV9 format, hi-res, and balanced audio. Does anyone know of astand alone box to do real time conversion. All I can find is software transcoders.

Kevin, look into the various offerings from Digital Rapids.
This is a well-respected company and I’m sure they’ll have a product that meets your needs.
