Really Stuck! When I want to track motion, I move the circle and nothing else moves with it (xy and the square)
Hi, I’m using Vegas 12 pro.
Basically before in videos it was very easy for me to just pause a video, click on my text, and go in track motion. Then I would move it about and pause the video, move it about and so on…. so it would change position at a particular point in the video.
Now all of a sudden, even after 2 uninstalls when I move it around the circle just moves and the text stays still. If I move the xy axis it allows me to move the text sometimes but I can only put it in one place.

I just really would like it to be simple like before.
I’m thinking is it because I chose legacy text which somehow has text positioning inbuilt now? I don’t think it did before. Please help me get around this error.

I can’t duplicate the problem. You might try turning on cursor sync, but that’s a long shot. If you post your veg file I can test it here.

There is something weird going on, that first movemt has NOT produce a Track Keyframe – and there isn’t one.
