Realistic 24fps motion blur when panning scanning an image

Hi Jim,

Unless you want to look at third party plugs (eg:RE:Vision Reel Smart), AE is the way to go.

Really? You have to export to After Effects, apply the motion blur and then reimport into Premiere?

Actually, you would have to build in After Effects, which I would highly recommend for anything more than editing. It’s just so much easier to animate layers.
