Real Time Preview Problem
Recently, when applying “effects” to a clip the real time preview shows the effect on half of the screen, while the other half is unchanged. Although the effect is properly applied when I render the clip, I am baffled as to why this split screen anomoly occurs during preview.

Because you’ve pressed the “Split Screen” button. It the circle that’s half dark/half light just above the preview screen.
