Activity Forums Compression Techniques re: video for Apple Keynote presentation

I am working on an Apple Keynote presentation and I am including several video clips. I am exporting my clips using QT- “current settings” and I am just dragging the QT file into the program. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the best quality. Is Keynote changing the compression?
    Thanks,
    Eileen

Best quality or optimized for keynote playback?

Where do the clips come from?

    Best,

I am re-editing some of my videos from FCP. I export them using QT- current settings etc.
I am now using Compressor and H.264. They seem to be a little better but still not “perfect”.
