  • re-render avi or quicktime coming out pixilated

Can someone help? I brought in an AVI file render out of 3ds max & did some changes in Premiere and when I rendered it out to AVI it comes out pixilated. I did all different settings and it still comes out pixilated. I also tried using a QuickTime version and it’s the same thing. What can I do to keep the original clean version? Please help on deadline!!!

    Thanks

Make sure you choose uncompressed AVI export. Also, when you say render, do you mean export to a file or rendered inside premiere (preview). Premiere renders previews to DV which isn’t good at all for animation footage.

Just to confirm, you are not using a codec right ? just uncompressed ?

What player are you using to playback the video ?

Anyway to post a still of your video somwhere to take a look at ?
