    Would C4d see the quad-core i7 as 8 threads when it renders?

    I’m thinking about buying the new macbook pro…a laptop by day…and an added machine on my render farm by night.

    Am I correct when I think that it’s render performance would be comparable to a 2008 Mac Pro?

    I’ll answer my own question and conclude this thread.

    Yes…c4d will see it as 8 threads.
