    Good evening Guys,
Is it possible to create substantial Motion Blur in AE CS4 with out Third Party Plugins such as RS Motion Blur?
I am attempting to effect footage to appear more “Skype Like” ie Random motion streaking and bluring.

    All thoughts most appreciated.

    Cheers,

    J

CC Force Motion Blur and CC TIme Blend effects are ideal. Eran Stern has a couple of tutorials on using the Time Blen effects.

    from “Motion blur”:

“To achieve a result similar to the result of ReelSmart Motion Blur, apply the Timewarp effect, set Speed to 100, enable motion blur within the effect, and use the manual shutter control features to adjust the motion blur.”

Thank you guys……..excellent suggestions. How might we ‘randomize’ this type of effect? Attempting to get that crappy intermittent skype feel.

    Cheers,
