Re: Motion Blur (live action video) With Out 3rd Party Plug-Ins?
Good evening Guys,
Is it possible to create substantial Motion Blur in AE CS4 with out Third Party Plugins such as RS Motion Blur?
I am attempting to effect footage to appear more “Skype Like” ie Random motion streaking and bluring.All thoughts most appreciated.

CC Force Motion Blur and CC TIme Blend effects are ideal. Eran Stern has a couple of tutorials on using the Time Blen effects.
