Ceative cow is a wonderful thing. No sooner had I posted my last query
that I recalled that I had cut the frame rate by half, following advice that it gave a better upload image, problem 1 solved. Not only that but when I re encoded both the pop up viewer and Itunes had also got the message and they show the full vid, intro included. That just leaves the image size changes but I suppose that will be magically fixed when I upload this.gm
