re-linking AMA files
I am working with P2 AVCIntra files on MC 6.0.
I linked the files via AMA.
Sometimes I have to remove the hard disks cause I don’t have enough docking stations for all the hard disks.
If the re-mounted disks gets a different drive letter AVID does not relink the files. Is there any way to get the AMA P2 clips online again without changing the drive letter to the original letter?

Not sure your issue is the drive letter changing. I’ve always had problems with P2 footage losing its link every time I close and open the program. I’ve installed the drive with the footage into the box and still had to relink the footage each time.
