RE: Flex for AE – Morphing to replace missing frames
When I Correct drifting by modifying tracking settings – If Confidence Is Below 90% – preсom1, after-effects looking bad frame and stops. I’m in the source, after-effects doing RE: Flex for AE – Morphing to replace missing frames, ticks Pikture key, move on to the next frame and turn on a check, and then back to 3 frame back. Again Correct drifting by modifying tracking. For 2000 frames 50 meets problems. How to automate the process?

I don’t fully understand what you ask.
Are you having the cache issue introduced in AE CC 2014.2?
If so you need RE:Flex 5.2.1
“Version needed to run in AE CC 2015 and AE CC 2014. In previous versions, the render cache was not properly re-rendered when masks were modified.”

Note if this is your question you can set an expression that connects “Picture Key?” checkbox to Tracker motion confidence
Select “Picture Key?”
Grab the pickwhip and connect to motionTracker(“Tracker 1”)(“Track Point 1”).confidence
ETCIt should work to see if confidence > value; value = 1 else value=0
(0 is OFF, 1 is ON) -
