I have a lot of clips in the timeline that are sped up. In order to lessen the load on my MAC, I figured it’d be smart to apply the changes in speed to each clip, and export seperately. Than I place the newly exported (sped-up) clips back into the timeline.. My question is this: Will the quality of the clip suffer once it is re-exported in the whole timeline? Same principle that applies to tapes being recorded over and over…each tape is of lesser quality. Or since it’s digital….it’s an exact replica—>correct? I am grateful for all and any input. I am going to do my manual test of re-exporting and seeing if there is a difference, but would like to hear a professional opinion. Thanks guys.
