  Raylight settings from MacBook to HPX500e

  I am sending a sequence from an FCP Macbook Pro back to a P2 card using Raylight the camera will show the proxy but there is a red circle on the clip (denoting no hires file?). The clips are then uploaded from the camera to an FTP site and downloaded to another suite. They are ingested on an Avid suite and the aspect ratio is all wrong. Are there any export setting in Raylight that should be adjusted to overcome this problem?
