Not that I know of. You can adjust the camera raw settings for an item with Interpret Footage > Main Options > More Options…, but these adjustments apply to the footage item itself; they are not properties of the footage on a layer that can be animated.

It’s a great idea, though — you might submit it as a feature request [link]. Adobe staff really do read these, so any input like this is valuable.
